Hi friends,
In this july, there was a summer seminar in Seatle, USA. The selected selection of condidates was based on a essay contest. I also sent my essay. Luckiely, I got selected. They invited me to join the seminar. Acomodation and fooding was offred of 5 days seminar. However I couldnot join it. Problem was -- the air fare. I tried my best but couldnot get any sponser. Even big foundations like Tata foundation decline my request. Being from rural back ground it was very difficult to gerenate money for my traval. So, I lost a good chance, but it was second time.
It is not whole story, There is other side of story too.Internet made possible to have a net group of those people who were invited to the seminar. That group is very interactive. And due to that interactions I got connected with TiG.
